This blog is my personal journey to getting fit and leading a healthier lifestyle. I am a 21 year old bachelor of design student. It can be tough to keep up with gym sessions and healthy eating habits. I am not an expert about dieting or fitness but i do a lot of research to find out what i don't know. My goal is to lose 40-50 pounds. So far I have lost 25 pounds. This blog will aid as an inspiration, motivation, and knowledge about becoming healthy and maintaining a balance of a healthy lifestyle as well as academic studies.

Heres a screen capture of my information design poster that I’m working on. Its not done yet and i might change a bunch of things. So basically for this project, we were to record our daily consumption of something for 2 weeks (i choose to record my calories and food) and compare it with different parts of the world in an information design poster. I also chose to personalize my poster by incorporating my progress and journey of the past 3 and a half months and visualize myself getting closer to my GW. What do you guys think? any suggestions? all sources are credited through out the poster *
